At The Pod Company EU, we want you to love your fashion finds. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in original packaging.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products show no signs of wear.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location across the EU.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
